Deleting your data
How to delete data Hublink holds — including anything we received from a connected Instagram account. You can do all of it yourself, in the product, without asking us.

Instagram data
If you connected Instagram to use auto-replies, we store your Instagram account id, your handle, an encrypted access token, and the rules you wrote (their keywords, message and destination) along with counts of how many times each rule ran. We do not store your posts, your followers, or the contents of your inbox.
- Open Auto-replies from the menu in your dashboard.
- Choose Disconnect on the Instagram account you want removed, and confirm.
- Disconnecting deletes that connection and its access token immediately. To remove the rules as well, delete each rule from the same page — or delete your account (below), which removes everything at once.
You can also revoke Hublink from Instagram’s own side, under Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites. That stops all access; deleting the data we already hold is the step above.
Your Hublink account and everything in it
Deleting your account removes your pages, uploads, contacts, connections and rules. It cannot be undone, and any published page stops resolving straight away.
- Go to Account in your dashboard.
- Use Delete account and confirm.
- If you would rather we did it, write to us and we will action it — see below. We may keep billing records where the law requires it, and nothing else.
Ask us instead
Email us from the address on the account, or use the contact form, and say what you want deleted. We answer in writing and confirm when it is done. What we hold and why is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Want us to do it for you?
Write from the address on your account and we'll action the deletion, then confirm in writing.
